MeowGTP Service Terms

These Service Terms apply to your use of specific features and services offered by MeowGTP and form part of the broader Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here carry the same meaning as in our Terms.

1. Experimental Features

Some MeowGTP features such as image uploads, voice input/output, prompt generation tools, and poster creation may be offered in beta or preview form. These are provided “as-is” with no guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or availability. By using these features, you assume all risks associated with their use and agree that Flintlark Ltd. is not liable for any issues arising from their use.

2. Output Limitations and Usage

Output generated via MeowGTP (including images, text, and audio) may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. It is your responsibility to review and verify any content before use or publication. We disclaim all liability related to output use. Use of any generated output, including third-party-generated outputs, is at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your inputs. MeowGTP assigns ownership of generated output to you, unless it is:

• Generated via third-party models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic)
• Based on uploaded files or shared preset prompts created by others
• Created using experimental or community-shared tools

In those cases, output may be subject to third-party terms and may not be exclusive or guaranteed. You must comply with the terms of any third-party services used to generate the outputs.

4. Plugins and Actions (Future)

If you enable integrations, plugins, or external APIs, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data handling, security, or privacy practices. You are responsible for using only trusted plugins and integrations.

5. Visual Capabilities

When using image-based features, you agree not to upload or generate likenesses of real individuals without their consent. You may not use visual tools to identify, infer, or replicate private or sensitive data. Flintlark Ltd. is not responsible for any misuse of visual features.

6. Voice & Audio Features

Any voice generation or audio output is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not repackage or redistribute audio output. We make no warranties about voice accuracy or behavior, and users are fully responsible for any actions involving audio output.

7. Medical Use Disclaimer

MeowGTP is not a medical tool. Do not rely on it for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We disclaim all liability for health-related usage. The content generated is not intended to substitute professional medical consultation or treatment.

8. API Use (If Enabled)

Any use of MeowGTP APIs must follow applicable documentation and fair use limits. We may revoke access at any time. Generated content via API is your responsibility. By using the API, you also agree to comply with any applicable third-party API terms of service.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of MeowGTP may involve the processing of your data. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Updates

These Service Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of affected features indicates acceptance of updates. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the Services.
